Dora is an apparent classmate of Jaime Reyes.

Together with other classmates, Dora and Jaime were in Metropolis and having lunch on a sidewalk. When Jaime opened a can of soda, it sprayed all over him, which caused the others to laugh at him. Dora offered Jaime her soda, but it also popped and sprayed all over him. Dora insincerely apologized, and the others laughed at him again.

- Booster implies that Jaime Reyes and Dora are from El Paso, Texas. And that they (and the other teenagers on the sidewalk) were merely visting Metropolis, rather than being residents of Metropolis.[1]
