In 2011, the Doctor attempted to save the life of a woman, who was the spitting image of Chloe Sullivan (while Chloe was standing on the other side of a window). After the woman passed, Oliver Queen informed the Doctor that his people would collect the body. The Doctor responded that he and other people in the town of Smallville stopped asking questions a long time ago.
