The Deputy is a Deputy Sheriff in Smallville.
Season Six[]
Together with Deputy Chorney, he took Jed McNally into custody. However, before putting McNally in their car, they permitted him to stand outside and talk with Clark Kent. This permitted McNally to use his metahuman ability to escape.
