Colonel Duncan was an officer in the United States Air Force, and the father of Gabriel Duncan. He was in charge of the missile launch facilities in Smallville.
Early Life[]
During his time in Smallville, Colonel Duncan became obsessed with the 1989 Meteor Shower, and the supposed "meteor freaks" living in town. He even made his own Wall of Weird. During the 2005 Meteor Shower, Colonel Duncan was himself meteor infected.
Season Five[]
Disgusted with his new state, Colonel Duncan begged his son Gabriel to kill him. After Gabriel killed him, he hijacked a local missile silo, and attempted to nuke all of Smallville (in an effort to wipe out the Metahuman population). Colonel Duncan's body was discovered by Chloe Sullivan and Clark Kent. The latter prevented Gabriel's nuclear missile from taking out the town, while the former killed Gabriel in self-defense.
