Smallville Wiki

Clark's apartment was an apartment in Metropolis rented by Clark Kent, when he lived in the city during the summer of 2003.

Season Three[]

When Clark Kent, as Kal, first arrived in Metropolis, after running away from home, he took up residence at a hotel.[1] However, he soon traded the hotel room in for a rented apartment in the city, where he resided until he returned home to Smallville.[2][3] It is unknown who took over the apartment after Clark Kent. Years later, when Clark moved back to Metropolis, to live with Lois Lane, they got a different apartment in the city.[4]

Appearances[]

In the Comics[]

Clark Kent has had a number of apartments in Metropolis. Clark's first apartment technically appeared in Action Comics #1 (June, 1938), where he can be seen leaving it on his way to work.

Clark's most iconic address is 344 Clinton Street, apartment 3-D, which first appeared in Superman #46 (May, 1947). There are a number of notable neighbors (Superman supporting characters), in the other apartments, at 344 Clinton Street. These includes Jonathan Slaughter, Nathan Warbow (a Native American industrial engineer), twins April and May Marigold (who lives with their mother), Mrs. Goldstein, Frank Jackson (the doorman), and Martin Thorpe (an alias for a hostile reptilian from the future called "The Quakerer").
