Chronokinesis is the ability to freeze time.

Jor-El was able to even freeze Darkseid.

Notes

• When mature kryptonians run, everything in their vicinity freezes or extremely slows down, however the standstill ends when the kryptonian eventually gets too tired.

In The Comics

• An ability exists in DC comics called Chronokinesis, one of several terms for it, which allows the user to freeze time, and is superior to superhuman speed in multiple fashions, although a hindrance from other perspectives. The character Hunter Zolomon is highly skilled in this ability, as it is his main ability and is able to outcompete Barry, the personification of the Speed Force, as well as Wally West who himself is faster than all other Flashes.
