Jimmy Olsen proposed to Chloe in the Talon got down on one knee with a toy ring, before she was arrested by Department of Homeland Security.

Clark, walking Chloe to altar to do her vows
Chloe invited Davis to the wedding, but he declined saying he couldn't watch her marry another man. She and Jimmy got married in the Kent Barn, with Clark as the best man to walk her down the aisle, because he was her best friend. Doomsday crashed the party and abducted Chloe, taking her to the Fortress of Solitude.
After their separation, Jimmy gave Chloe Watchtower as late wedding present, but Davis killed him with a pipe in a fit of rage and Jimmy pushed him into spikes as he was bleeding out before Davis could hurt Chloe.
