A Carjacker in Metropolis.
Season Six[]
Together with Christopher Petry, he attempted to carjack a couple. During which, they also roughed up one of the victims. Their activities were interrupted by the Green Arrow, and the Carjacker attempted to flee in their stolen car. Green Arrow managed to stop him, and handcuffed him to the car. It is unknown what happened to the Carjacker after that. Presumably, the Metropolis Police Department found him.
