The Card Dealer is a young woman in Edge City.
Season Two[]
In 2003, the Card Dealer oversaw a poker game, where one of the players were Lucas Luthor. After Lucas was caught cheating, the Card Dealer pulled out a hidden gun and attempted to shoot Lucas, forcing him to flee the seedy hall.

- Lex Luthor later revealed to Lucas that the whole thing in Edge City had been staged by Lionel Luthor (their father). It is thus unknown if this unnamed woman really is a card dealer, working for Chinese gangsters, or basically just an actress hired by Lionel to pretend to be that.
