Alanna Strange is a scientist at S.T.A.R. Labs.

Alanna Strange, alongside other scientists at S.T.A.R. Labs, were brought in by Dr. Emil Hamilton to aid Bart Allen with his "speed problem". Like the other S.T.A.R. Labs scentists, Alanna assisted in the construction of robots and the Watchtower Outpost.

- Bryan Q. Miller identified her as being named "Strange".[1] As she appears to be romantically involved with Adam Strange,[2] she is presumably Alanna Strange.
- While an apparent adaptation of Alanna Strange, being a redhaired S.T.A.R. Labs scientist (and from Earth), the character is seemingly closer to Dr. Jenet Klyburn. A Superman supporting character first appearing in Superman #304 (1976).

Alanna first appeared in Showcase #17 (1958). She is a native from the planet Rann, who becomes the wife of Adam Strange. Together with Adam, Alanna becomes one of the protectors of Rann. Adam and Alanna end up having a daughter together named Aleea.
Justice League United #0 (June, 2014) introduced a revamped incarnation of Alanna. She was now born Alanna Lewis, the half-human half-Rannian daughter of the human Anna Lewis and the Rannian Sardeth.
