Agent Bowman was a Special agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Season Ten[]
Agent Bowman was involved with an undercover operation, investigating Club Desaad in Metropolis. Together with fellow agent Vactor, she posed as one half of a married couple named Jones. During their investigation, Bowman and Vactor got separated. Bowman attempted to call Vactor at the Ace of Clubs, but ended up speaking to Oliver Queen instead, and revealed that she had found the prisoners, who were all dead. Then she was killed by Desaad.
