The meteor shower was made up of asteroids with Kryptonites inside them colossally causing damning damage to vicinity of Smallville, creating meteor freaks, all in a similar manner to the Meteor Shower that struck Earth One.
Green Kryptonite hit all or most of the major portions of the radiuses in Smallville.
Gold Kryptonite touched down into the Kent's farm land, where Jonathan Kent found it, being more valuable than earthly minerals, such as gold. Lex came into possession of it and gave Ultraman a permanent scar by cutting him with it.
